We process raw coconut husks sourced from across Gujarat and Saurashtra region — controlling quality at every stage from husk to finished substrate.
Raw coconut husks collected from coconut plantations across Gujarat and Saurashtra region — ensuring freshness and consistent raw material quality.
Husks are processed in our defibring unit — separating long coir fibre from fine coco pith. Fibre feeds erosion control and garden products; pith becomes cocopeat.
Extracted coir fibre is cleaned, dried and fed into rope-spinning machines to produce twisted coir rope and yarn in 2-ply, 3-ply and custom constructions.
Washed coco peat is sun-dried on concreted dry yards to reduce moisture below 15% — eliminating pathogens and ensuring long shelf life and stable quality.
Selected coco pith is composted with organic matter and Neem Cake — naturally producing rich Organic Compost (Khatar) for soil enrichment and farming use.
Dried cocopeat is hydraulically compressed into blocks, briquettes, grow bags or tablets. Palletised and exported via Mundra and Kandla ports, Gujarat.
